Nice room, comfortable bed, reliable ac, good water pressure in the shower, and a decent breakfast makes for a great stay. The location is central in the fort, but quiet. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Very friendly, great location, ideal for all of Fort Kochi, good Indian breakfast with eggs as well. Staff arranged a car for my trip. Air con worked well.

The rooms are neat and clean - basically what you see in the pictures is what you get. The location is also fantastic and is near all the best cafés and shops. You’re also just a couple of minutes away from the beach as well. The front desk is very useful in getting us cabs and transportation. For the price you pay - this is over and above what you’d expect to get. Would definitely stay here again if we were in the area.

I loved the cozy and homey feeling of this place. It was located in a quiet corner of Fort Kochi that made for easy walking and exploring of the area, and was very close to the beach for nice walks along the water. The breakfast each morning offered a choice of either continental or "Kerala," which included special local dishes to try. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was a perfect size for what I needed.

Perfect location & within walking distance to many attractions like the Chinese fishing net, Santa Cruz Cathedral, St. Francis church, etc. The property itself is charming & well kept. Room is comfortable & clean. Not forgetting the friendly folks at the property & delicious Kerala as well as continental brekkie served.

Perfect spot in Fort Kochi. Superb staff that helped us with everything and beyond. The breakfast was very good and versatile, build your own and ask for more if needed.

The guest services were exceptional. Especially the front-desk staff Astil Stephen went above and beyond in making sure my stay was as comfortable as possible, he coordinated my late night check-in and check-out smoothly, he helped carry my luggage up and down, effectively communicated all key information about the property, the city, the surroundings and made me feel very welcome. He is a hardworking and highly efficient staff, the hotel is lucky to have a great staff like Astil on board. Likewise, Allan at the front desk was very supportive and helpful in coordinating and planning my local sightseeing and arranging for transportation for all my travel needs efficiently. I m very thankful to Allan for the support he gave me. Kitchen and housekeeping staff were great, they all provided amazingly delicious breakfast and coffee etcetera, under the efficient and friendly supervision and management of Veronica, thanks to Veronica and her hospitality in making me feel at home. 🙏🏼💚🙏🏼

Almost most hotels, Sunset Bay included, is in the heart of Fort Kochi, close to restaurants and attractions, all within walking distance. The 2 reception staffs at Sunset Bay, Alan and Astil, were very helpful lads with informative tips about Fort Kochi. Breakfast was small and simple, but nice and yummy, especially with fruits and mango juice to start off! And yeah, don't forget to try out the Water Metro, a quicker and cheaper mode of transport between Fort Kochi and Ernakulam (Kochi city).

Allan at the front desk was excellent. Very helpful with all of our questions. Breakfast was delicious, and the service from Verani was great. This was our first night in India, and we couldn’t have picked a better location to stay at. Additionally, this hotel is well situated within Fort Kochi, and is a located a short walk to the Chinese Fishing Nets. In the room the air conditioning worked well (make sure you turn it on with the wall switch) and the room was clean and spacious. Would definitely stay again.
